Bigarov Ruslan вся фишка втом, что при выключенном дефолтном влане на порту не могут поделить инстансы выше нулевого. Скорее всего des-3028 не может отправить нужные пакеты для согласования. Тестовая схема (на des-3028 дефолт влан выключен на 25 порту):
