1) как отключить возможность пинговать роутер? галочка incoming ICMP снята

2) захожу телнетом изнутри сети на роутер и при любых данных получаю

3) как выставлять дату и время в роутере ?

В этом случае он и не пингуется со стороны wan интерфейса.



Зачем Вам телнет? Устройство по телнет не управляется.
