Удивляюсь последнему результату (trace), гружу IE7, открываю IP 194.87.0.50. Все отлично работает. Тут же пытаюсь открыть ya.ru - не работает...
Прописал руками в настройки соединения DNS, не помогло...
Похоже дело в dns. В висте по-умолчанию включен ipv6, как его выключить я не знаю. А дело может быть и в нем:
