Народ, помогите настроить модем DU-562M под FreeBSD. Кто нить имел опыт скрещивания с этим модемом FReeBSD?
P.s. FreeBSD 5.2.1

Тут спрашивать это бестолку. Не профильное.

Идём на http://www.opennet.ru в раздел http://www.opennet.ru/mp/bsd/?skip=20 и берём готовое решение.

Проверено под ядром 2.4.20 (ASPLinux 9.0). Правда отвечать модему провайдера он начал только с третьей попытки дозвона (сам причем - какой умный драйвер, наверное AI наращивал )

Да, это я уже давно видел и трогал. Но ведь у меня не Linux... А FreeBSD, вещи, хотя и похожие, но немного разные... Да и я ядро по другому выглядит.!

Хм. Значит у Вас FreeBSD 5.2.1.
А в чём тогда проблема? Даже четвёрка USB Modem знала.
Безо всякого участия D-Link.
А пятое ядро и подавно.
