First hello...
I solved the problem considering DSL-360T.
Mainly, ftp adress was not any of ADAM2 widely posted adresses, but it was 192.168.0.199.
I managed to convert a Prolific PL-2303 mobile phone cable to a USB to RS-232 3.3v cable. I used a old cell phone cable with a bump in middle of it.
There are lot of drivers for that cable including starting from Win98-XP64, MacOSX and Linux RedHat. On a net there is a kernel module for that chip...

I notice that there is mtd4 partition which is non usable... (i was flashing the modem for usage with window$ vi$ta) so i erase it, fixed the other mtd partitions, reflashed it thry ftp and modem is working now....
