телефон работает но иногда по чемуто перестает нажимать кнопки

Схему сети опишите. У Вас на порт телефона мультикаст не приходит?

одноранговая сеть на свитчах dgs-1024d сервер подключен к свитчу как и телефоны. атс октелл
и иногда телефон перестает набирать. при новом звонке все становится ок

ПРошивка на телефонах последняя? Телефон серого или черного цвета? Мульткаста в сети точно нет?

телефон черный. прошивка Firmware Version:GE_1.00

Прошейте последней прошивкой.

попробовал скачать прошивку DPH-150SE_2a21V1_7_334_135T20110429113441(0429163053).z залил
прошивка осталась прежней

так все таки из за чего такое поведение длинка при нажатии кнопок
