После сброса настроек перестал откликаться по страндартному IP,
в терминальном логе пишет следующее:

аналогично, проблема на лицо, но вот в ее суть вникнуть не могу.
помогите разобраться ламеру

Не откликается на 192.168.1.1?
С виду всё нормально, но я никогда раньше не видел надписи

Варианта 2
1. Обратитесь в сервис центр для диагностики
2. Можно подождать, пока я запрошу информацию у Вендора, но не факт что не придётся соверишть пункт 1.

Не откликается именно по 192.168.1.1

Вобщем девайс все же оказался рабочий, хоть и почему то попрежнему отказавается видится со встроеной сетевухи...
