Hello everyone, my router died last night and was replaced today.

I've completed the d-link auto setup process and, according to spark, have entered all the necessary information, including a login and password and verified that the vlan settings are accurate.

After this configuration, however, I am stranded without an internet connection. with "connecting" as the network status persistent.

I recall that setting up our previous router was a huge hassle, but I'm not sure how we managed to make it function.

Dear customer,
what is hardware version of your router (H/W on the sticker) and
current firmware? Could you provide a screenshot of the Summary section from the
web interface where Firmware and Build time are displayed?

What type of connection does the provider use? Have you configured the Internet connection correctly on the router?
