Странно, судя по выводу на консоль, он должен входить в режим восстановления.
заходите по 192.168.1.1 на роутер? на компе IP статический в диапазоне 192.168.1.2-254?

Учтите что вероятность загнать железку в полный кирпич этом режиме очень и очень большая, одна неверная команда и все (. Все на свой страх и риск.
Перед прошивкой проверить что идет пинг с роутера на комп, и с компа на роутер. У вас IP 192.168.1.1
