Что может означать запись
"Possible spoofing attack from 00-19-5b-15-72-c4 port 24" в логах коммутатора?

Переводить не нужно, нужно возможные причины и возможные действия по предотвращению.

P.S: на 24-ом порту -- неуправляемый комутатор с примерно 150 машин.

Привожу в оригинале:

The log of "Possible spoofing attack from MAC-address port number"
indicates the device received packet(s) whose source IP address is the same as device system's IP address from this port. It may be loop created under that port (same mac) or the IP duplication from another PC/device from that port (different mac).

Но чаще это ложная тревога. Возможная атака. Проверить конечно следует.
