Итак -задача -на свиче DES-3526 (прошивка 6.00 В53)
настроить шейпинг(полисинг) трафика внутри туннеля PPPOE
Настраиваем ACL описывающий PPPOE для 12 порта

config access_profile profile_id 16 add access_id 1201 ethernet ethernet_type 0x8863 port 12 permit
config access_profile profile_id 16 add access_id 1202 ethernet ethernet_type 0x8864 port 12 permit
Настраиваем flow_meter
на 10 мбит:

config flow_meter profile_id 16 access_id 1201 rate 10000 rate_exceed drop
config flow_meter profile_id 16 access_id 1202 rate 10000 rate_exceed drop
Результат нулевой. Скорость не изменяется.
flow_control на порту включал -изменений нет
