Все интерфейсы лежат, связь с устройством возможна только через консоль. Можно что-нибудь сделать?

Попробуйте перезагрузить устройство в Safe конфигурации и перепрошить стандартным методом. Если это не приведет к положительным результатам, выход только один - обращение в сервисный центр D-Link.
